Pentapack introduces the SP series
The next natural step is a larger balcony build machine that can manufacture large blisters.  With a maximum film width of 268mm, a maximum index to 130mm and a maximum pocket depth to 40mm.  The stations are individually controlled by servo drives and can be programmed cycle per cycle on the HMI touch panel.  Need output ?  The SP-series can handle up to 5 lanes.  The ideal combination of performance and flexibility.

Pentapack introduces the BP series
In a market that called out for a more modern balcony build style, Pentapack raised the bar.

Why limit yourself to just a machine when you can have a balcony build, modular and versatile blister machine.  The BP-series combine the flexibility of the former EAS series with a modular design and stations that can be controlled individually.  Furthermore the maximum film width has been increased to 160mm, the maximum index to 75mm but most important the maximum pocket depth to 40mm.

In the new facility, we have enough space to make sure that we can grow in the next years.  With 450m² for machine assembly, 450m² for workshop with CNC machines and other equipment and 900m² storage, we have the space to work in an organised and clear way.

Offices and meeting rooms have increased to a total of 400m².
