Blister size
- The standard size unit dose blister (in Holland called "EAV verpakking") is a blister with 1 product in it and and coded with either a label on the back-side or direct printing on the ALU lidding material.
- size : minimun 20 x 50mm
maximum 52 x 100mm
Flexible printing system
- The UD600 & UD1200 are standard equipped with a label printer that prints inline with the machine a label. This label is attached to the back-side of the blister.
- Optionally an additional printer can be installed that prints on the back-side of the lidding material simultaneously.
- Parts or even the entire program can be blocked with a password so that operators can change only variable data or no data at all.

Blister size and blister material
- Although each product is packed into an individual blister, the UD600 & UD1200 are capable of making blister strips as well. By changing a parameter in the operator panel, the length can be altered.
- The materials that are being used are identical to what the pharmaceutical industry uses for the production of their own blisters. For protection against UV, a colored film is available. For achieving a better barrier against moist, a PVC/PVdC film is available.
- Pentapack has all these foils available on stock and can distribute in small quantities. For more information, please contact our foil department (foil@pentapack.com).
