- Clinical trials are getting more and more complicated. With the CT600 & CT1200 Pentapack NV offers a flexible tool for packing clinical trials at a low tool cost.
- Making strips for wallets is very easy. Even printing (removable) codes on to blisters strips is very common.
- No special training is required, very easy to use and very low maintenance.
- Manual or automatic filling.
- Inspection systems (eg. color camera system) can be combined with pick-off units to sort out good & bad blisters and stack blisters in to piles for further treatment.

- The CT600 & CT1200 can be equipped with printers that print on the front- and back-side of the lidding material simultaneously.

Trialpack PC Controller
|
|
|
- The Trialpack PC Controller is a PC based
hardware/software combination to control a CT600 or CT1200 blister machine adding
more format flexibilty, a software shift register and automatic production data
recording to comply with the demands of 21 CFR part 11.
- The Trialpack PC Controller hardware consists of a personal
computer (PC) with a digital I/O card. The software consists of two applications
Trialpack Designer and
Trialpack Controller. Only the Trialpack Controller software has to run on the
provided PC. The Trialpack Designer is used to define the blister format and to
design the print image. The Trialpack Controller PC software controls the
blistermachine and print process during production.

- Almost all materials can be used on the CT600 and CT1200 that are known to the pharmaceutical industry. The CT machines are developped for working in the most flexible way with the newest materials.
