Blistering  your production runs

The BP series opens up a new level of blistering

• Packaging production runs needs to be done in the most economical way.  With the BP seriesPentapack NV offers a flexible tool for packing these runs at a low tool cost and bigger output.
• Printing can be generated on the front and back-side of the blister by thermotransfer printers or by a standard platen printer.  Preprinted lidding material with steering mark can be used as well.
• No special training is required, very easy to use and very low maintenance.
• Manual or automatic filling.
• Inspection systems (eg. color camera system) can be combined with pick-off units to sort out good & bad blisters and stack blisters in to piles for further treatment.

Extra deep pockets

• Depending of the version the BP series can produce blisters up to 40mm deep.Combine this with a film up to 160mm wide and you can pack ampoules, vials and even small prefilled seringes.  Making an assembly with multiple products is certainly possible.

Blister material

• Almost all materials can be used that are known to the pharmaceutical industry. Films of 500 micron or more are possible even with plug-assist
